How to Buy
Buying pallets from PrimeX Liquidation is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Whether you are a first‑time buyer or an experienced reseller, this guide walks you through each step — from finding inventory to receiving your shipment. Follow these steps to reduce risk, maximize resale value, and get your pallets delivered smoothly.
Browse Inventory
Start by exploring our live listings. We offer fixed price lots, curated pallets, and auction lots across categories such as perfumes, apparel, shoes, and electronics. Use filters to narrow by brand, condition grade, pallet size, and location. Listings include condition grades, representative photos, and lot notes to help you evaluate each opportunity.
Evaluate Listings
- Read the description — check the condition grade, estimated item counts, and any known defects or exclusions.
- Review photos — photos are representative; if you need more images request them from sales.
- Check exclusions — some lots are final sale or exclude certain item types; these will be clearly labeled.
- Ask questions — contact sales for clarifications, additional photos, or virtual inspections before you buy.
Inspect Options
If you are local to one of our warehouses, schedule a pickup appointment to inspect pallets in person. For remote buyers we offer detailed photos and can sometimes provide additional images or short video inspections on request. Inspections reduce uncertainty and help you make informed purchasing decisions.
Place Your Order
When you are ready to buy, click the listing’s Buy Now button or place a bid in an auction. For auctions, review the auction terms carefully — deposits and payment deadlines apply. For fixed price purchases, payment is required at checkout unless you have approved account terms.
Payment Methods
PrimeX accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal where available, bank wire transfers, ACH for approved accounts, and company checks by prior arrangement. For large or wholesale purchases we recommend wire transfers. Contact sales for pro forma invoices and wire instructions.
Order Confirmation and Invoicing
After payment or winning an auction, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. The invoice includes itemized costs, pallet count, freight estimate if requested, taxes, and any accessorial fees. Keep your invoice for pickup and freight scheduling.
Shipping and Pickup Options
- Local pickup — available by appointment at select warehouses. Bring your invoice and photo ID and inspect pallets before leaving the facility.
- LTL freight — standard for pallet shipments. Carriers deliver to commercial addresses; a dock or forklift is recommended.
- Liftgate service — available for residential or non‑dock locations for an additional fee.
- Inside delivery and white glove — available in select markets for an additional fee and scheduling.
- FTL shipping — available for large orders that fill a truck; contact sales for quotes.
Schedule Freight
After your order is confirmed, PrimeX will coordinate freight or provide carrier options. Provide a delivery contact and confirm whether the delivery location is residential or commercial. If you require liftgate or inside delivery, request these services at checkout or when scheduling freight to avoid accessorial surprises.
Receiving Checklist
When your pallet arrives, follow this checklist to protect your claim rights:
- Inspect the pallet visually before signing the carrier paperwork.
- Note visible damage on the carrier’s bill of lading if any packaging or items are damaged.
- Photograph the pallet from multiple angles, including close‑ups of damaged areas and the carrier paperwork.
- Retain delivery documents and take a photo of the signed receipt for your records.
- Report issues promptly to returns@primexliquidation.com within 48 hours for carrier damage or within 7 days for misrepresentation or missing contents.
Returns and Claims
PrimeX handles returns and claims according to our Return and Refund Policy. Claims for carrier damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos and delivery paperwork. For misrepresentation or missing contents, submit a claim within 7 days with clear evidence. Do not return pallets without an authorized RMA.
Tips for Resellers
- Start small — buy a single pallet to test a category before scaling up.
- Specialize — focus on a niche such as perfumes or activewear to build expertise and faster turnover.
- Factor freight — include freight and accessorials in your margin calculations.
- Inspect and sort quickly — faster processing increases resale velocity and reduces storage costs.
- Document everything — photos, invoices, and delivery receipts are essential for claims and accounting.
Wholesale and Account Setup
Businesses seeking recurring supply or net terms can apply for a wholesale account. Provide business information, tax ID, resale certificate, and trade references. Approved accounts may receive custom pricing, priority allocation, and extended payment terms at PrimeX’s discretion.
Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
We use PCI compliant payment processors and industry standard fraud detection. PrimeX may request additional verification for large orders or new accounts. Orders may be placed on hold until verification is complete to protect buyers and PrimeX from fraud.
Common Questions
- Can I cancel an order? Orders may be canceled before shipment at PrimeX’s discretion. Auction purchases are binding per auction terms.
- How long until my pallet ships? Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment clears and inventory is allocated; transit depends on carrier and route.
- Who pays for return freight? Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to PrimeX error or undisclosed damage.
