FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
This FAQ answers the most common questions from resellers, retailers, and first‑time pallet buyers. If you don’t find what you need here, contact our team at sales@primexliquidation.com or call 737‑737‑1610.
PrimeX offers a wide variety of liquidation inventory including: designer and mini perfumes (men’s, women’s, Victoria’s Secret, Sol de Janeiro), apparel (men, women, kids; brands such as Lululemon, OQQ, ALO), shoes for all ages, and electronics pallets. Lots include customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, clearance, and mixed assortments. Each listing includes a condition grade and representative notes to help you evaluate resale potential.
We use standard grading terminology to set expectations: New (factory sealed), Like New (open box but unused), Customer Return (returned by customers; may include opened items), and Salvage (heavily damaged or parts). Listings include estimated item counts, representative photos when available, and notes about known defects. Always read the full description and grade before purchasing — grading is our best estimate based on inspection and supplier information.
Yes — local pickup allows in‑person inspection by appointment at select warehouses. For remote buyers, we provide detailed photos and condition notes; some lots may be available for virtual inspection on request. Auction lots are typically sold as‑is; any inspection windows or preview terms will be stated in the auction listing.
PrimeX is based in Houston, Texas and operates multiple fulfillment centers across the United States to optimize transit times and freight costs. We ship nationwide using LTL and FTL carriers. International shipping is available by special arrangement; contact sales for a custom quote and export requirements.
We primarily ship palletized freight via LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload). Additional services include curbside delivery, liftgate, inside delivery / white‑glove (select markets), and local pickup by appointment. Buyers can request liftgate or inside delivery for an additional fee. Freight quotes are provided at checkout or by request.
Freight is calculated based on pallet count, weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and requested services (liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery). Accessorial charges (limited access, re‑delivery, storage) may apply and are billed to the buyer. We provide estimates up front; final carrier charges may vary and will be communicated if adjustments are required.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal (when available), bank wires, ACH for approved accounts, and company checks by prior arrangement. Payment is due at checkout for fixed‑price orders. Auction winners must pay deposits and final balances within the auction terms. Wholesale accounts may be eligible for net terms after credit approval.
Because liquidation inventory varies, returns are limited. Claims are considered for material misrepresentation, missing contents, incorrect shipments, or undisclosed damage. Report visible damage within 48 hours and submit return requests within 7 days with photos and the carrier delivery receipt. Email returns@primexliquidation.com to start a claim; we will acknowledge within 48 business hours and guide you through the RMA process if approved.
Electronics pallets are listed with testing status. Some lots are tested and labeled as working; others are untested or sold as‑is. Listings will indicate testing where performed. Buyers should assume mixed condition unless a lot is explicitly described as tested and guaranteed.
Yes. We work with resellers and retailers on recurring supply agreements and bulk pricing. Contact our sales team with your volume needs, target SKUs, and delivery preferences. Approved wholesale accounts may receive custom pricing, priority allocation, and account management services.
Prepare a clear delivery area and equipment to unload pallets (forklift or pallet jack). If you cannot unload, purchase liftgate or white‑glove services. For residential deliveries, arrange assistance to move pallets from curb to storage. Inspect pallets at delivery and note any damage on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing.
Refusing delivery or failing to pick up a scheduled shipment may result in return freight, storage fees, and re‑consignment charges billed to the buyer. Repeated refusal or no‑shows can lead to account suspension and collection of outstanding charges. Contact us immediately if you need to reschedule to avoid fees.
Carrier liability is limited by carrier terms. Buyers may purchase additional freight insurance to cover the shipment’s full value. If you want insurance, notify sales before pickup so we can arrange coverage and include the cost in your freight quote.
For curated lots or pallet builds tailored to your niche (e.g., perfumes only, Lululemon apparel, electronics), contact sales with your specifications: preferred brands, item types, minimum/maximum pallet value, and budget. We will source available inventory and provide a quote or notify you when matching lots arrive.
